Produced by Linda Lee. This video is the 1st place winner in the ceramic category of the 2010 Paragon Kiln Video Contest. (Linda won a Paragon Caldera XL kiln.) Linda has spent 32 years in ceramics. The video starts with an exuberant Linda in 1974 as a young teacher unloading her school’s Paragon kiln. “I have always loved opening a Paragon kiln after a glaze firing. It’s almost like Christmas morning,” said Linda. The video ends with Linda of today, 32 years later, still firing earthenware, stoneware, glazes and lusters. |
