Brian O'Connell, Director of Support Services

Before joining Paragon, Brian O'Connell managed multiple teams for a large distribution company in Dallas Fort Worth. “Since I came from a distribution network, I can relate to the same challenges that Paragon distributors face.”

"When I first joined Paragon in 2017, I had not discussed or heard about a kiln since I was in grade school where everyone made cups, ashtrays, or volcanoes. I had no idea how many different uses for kilns there were until I joined this team, and I am still learning.

"I really enjoy going to the different shows we are involved in around the country. I get the chance to talk to the end users and listen to their feedback. Paragon loves to hear feedback from everyone, and we use that feedback to continue to improve our products."
